It was under the tutelage of sushi virtuoso Daisuke Nakazawa at Nakazawa where Chef Wei’s talents truly flourished.

Now, as a private chef, he offers discerning diners an intimate culinary journey, curating omakase menus that showcase the finest ingredients and his unwavering commitment to culinary excellence.
